The espresso machine and mini bar were great additions.
My recent stay at Crossing Manzoni was very disappointing. The lack of proper signage made it difficult to find, giving it an unsettling Airbnb feel rather than that of a hotel. We faced issues with hot water running out quickly, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Crossing Manzoni is an excellent choice for business travelers, located just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo and close to public transportation. The contemporary room design combines comfort with functionality, featuring an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. Additional amenities such as an espresso machine and mini bar enhance the stay. Sean and Max provided exceptional service, assisting with room technology and securing a dinner reservation on a busy night.
Some noise from neighboring rooms could be distracting.

The stay felt more like an Airbnb, given the lack of reception and signage, leading to a disorienting experience. The room, while adequate, had hot water issues both days. There was no coffee machine in the room, requiring trips to a shared space for coffee that only served two rooms, adding to the inconvenience. the omelettes offered for breakfast were a standout highlight.
